SUPPORT THE FUTURE OF PHARMACY

For over 40 years, the Purdue chapter of American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists has played an important role in improving the health of our campus.

As one of the largest and most active organizations in the College of Pharmacy, APhA-ASP prepares students for their careers in the field and provides them with the opportunity to invest in their futures. Today, we are offering you a chance to do the same.

Will you please consider supporting our future pharmacists as they travel to APhA’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition?

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?

With your support, we can help more Purdue future pharmacists attend the annual conference in Orlando, Florida. The cost of attendance poses a barrier for several of our Boilermakers, and we hope to alleviate some of the financial burden placed on our members.

All donations received will go toward travel expenses accrued by student pharmacists who attend the conference. Your generosity will allow allow our members to expand their networking and leadership skills, learn from nationally recognized experts in the field, and invest in their futures. Donations of all sizes are appreciated!

"Annual 2022 in San Antonio, TX was my first pharmacy conference and I was the only first year pharmacy student from Purdue who attended alongside students in years above me. I learned how to network with pharmacists and bonded with student pharmacists both at my school and from all around the country. This experience led me to continue to attend 4 other APhA conferences that have been a fundamental part of my development as a future pharmacist."

- Kate Davis, President

"After a couple of years of attending virtual meetings, attending Annual 2022 was a breath of fresh air. During the sessions, I learned about the resources available from APhA and collaborated with students on how to increase engagement in our chapter."

- Yasmin Siwy, National Communications Committee

"APhA Annual was incredibly important for my professional development in pharmacy school. This event created a network that I never could’ve made without attending."

- Eric Kolp, Policy VP
