Since 1982, the Purdue Cycling Club has been a cornerstone of competitive cycling at Purdue University. Founded by cycling enthusiasts living in Cary Quad, we’ve transformed the way students experience racing. From our first unofficial race—a 25-mile time trial—to hosting numerous events, our mission remains the same: to provide every cyclist the opportunity to prove themselves and enjoy the thrill of competition.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

Every dollar counts! With an increasing number of aspiring racers wanting to join our club, having the funds available now allows us to effectively plan our budget and maximize the number of Purdue cyclists representing our legacy. Your contribution will ensure that all members can participate without the burden of financial strain.

Your generous donations will directly fund the travel expenses for club members who want to race. This includes:

• Gas and Transportation: Getting our cyclists to events safely.
• Accommodation: Ensuring they have a place to rest and prepare.
• Race Fees: Covering the costs associated with entry to competitive races.

If we don’t reach our funding goal, we may have to increase membership dues, which could limit participation and reduce the number of racers we can support. With more interest than ever, costs are rising quickly—especially for events that require travel. We want to keep our community inclusive and accessible, allowing every passionate cyclist the chance to race.
