BUILDING THE ULTIMATE RACECAR

We are Purdue Baja Racing. Every year we design, build, and test an offroad racecar that we compete in an international intercollegiate competition. We strive to develop the best student engineers possible that are proud of their work and consistently rank in the upper 5th percentile of teams.

Purdue Baja Racing began in 1983 as a senior design project. Over the past 4-5 years we have grown our team immensely in quality and quantity. For the past 3 years we have ranked in the top 10 in 5 of the 6 competitions we have been to. Prior to this, the team had not been top 10 since 2013. We are hoping to keep this up and even break into the top 3 this upcoming year, but we need your help to do it!

A big chunk of our budget goes to travel expenses for competitions, which leaves us with less to invest in essential parts like axles, shocks, springs, and an engine. With your support, we can secure the funding we need to improve our designs and create a car that truly stands out!
