About Us:

• The College of Science Alumni Board is comprised of dedicated alumni who are committed to supporting the needs of the College of Science.

Our Project:

• The Alumni Board is establishing a scholarship endowment that will fund undergraduate research opportunities for College of Science students. Board members recognize the importance of undergraduate research and the impact that research opportunities can have on a student's education and future career. Participating in research as an undergraduate student can give a student hands on scientific experience, improve a student's likelihood of attending graduate school, enhance the overall educational experience for a student, and much more! With your help, we can increase the pool of available awards for undergraduate research so that more students can experience the many benefits of participating in summer or semester long research projects. Together, we can grant opportunities and transform lives!
• This new endowment will create scholarship awards to fund summer or semester long research projects. Scholarship awards will be available to undergraduate College of Science students (sophomores, juniors, and seniors) with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
